Almost 5 months...

Baby Culberson Update

I had my 16wk appointment yesterday. My Dr. listened to babies heartbeat and said it sounded good. She said all my blood work looked good, that means all the birth defect tests came back negative. Which is always an answer to prayer! I am 17wks exactly today. My pregnancy book says that the baby is the size of my hand...which is just amazing to me. Still haven't felt it move or maybe I have and just pass it off as something else. It is possible. I scheduled my ultrasound for Nov. 5th...I'm VERY excited about *hopefully* finding out the sex. He/she better cooperate!
We have our girl name picked out, still debating over the boy name. It's so hard finding the perfect name, or maybe Taylor and I are just really picky...haha. So it seems everything is great!

Taylor and I became "aunt and uncle" this past week. My sister had a beautiful 5lb 16oz baby boy. He's just so perfect! He had a rough start, but seems to be doing better. Mom and baby were finally able to go home on Monday.

I can't wait to see my favorite lil guy again!

Is it really October?!?!?!?

I honestly can't believe today is October 1st. Where has this year gone? The trees outside our building are already changing colors. Fall is in the air!! The mornings are chilly and it's really breezy during the day.

I will be 15weks along tomorrow...almost to the 4 month mark! I still haven't felt the baby move. I'm really hoping once I reach 16wks it will happen! My morning sickness is completely gone and I'm feeling more like myself each day. People keep asking me if I "look" pregnant and I never know what to tell them. I really see no point in taking pictures now, 'cause some people might just say I'm fat...ha. I can def. see changes in myself though. Maybe I will post a picture when I'm at my 4 month mark.

I also want to say "Happy 18th Birthday" to my little brother. His birthday is Saturday, but since I will be at home, I thought I'd post it a few days early. We love you Alexander and hope this year will be as special as you are!

Also "Happy 14th Birthday" to my cousin Tristen...we love you dearly!
